Responsibilities of a Real Estate / Sales Rep include:

• Prospecting –
  • Continuous contact with your sphere of influence (people you know and new people you meet)
  • Developing an ongoing pipeline of buyers/sellers by establishing good customer rapport with prospective clients through a variety of continual networking efforts
  • Practicing new and innovative ways to continuously serve buyers and sellers
  • Being committed to the full service real estate approach – from inception to close of sales process

Job Requirements

As a Real Estate / Sales Representative, you will need to be an energetic self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and drive to succeed. Ultimately, your goal is to become a Licensed Real Estate Agent enabled by our supportive and nurturing environment. 

Additional requirements include the following:

• To be considered you MUST:
  • Be a licensed Real Estate Agent in KY, IN or OH
  • Currently enrolled in real estate school
  • Considering taking real estate classes
  • Must be looking for a full-time Career
  • Must be comfortable with a commission only structure and willing to forgo income for now to gain increased income later
  • Desire to work independently and autonomously
  • Comfort level meeting new people and networking in an effort to develop a continual pipeline of clients
  • Entrepreneurial mentality and spirit
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Professional and personable demeanor
